Returns and Exchanges

 

We at Solo want you to love what you ordered.

  • We will receive returns and exchanges for any item that is unworn, unused, and unwashed with original tags up to 14 days from when the item was received for U.S. orders.
  • Any return shipping and handling costs will not be compensated. 
  • If the item you received was damaged, defective, or not what you originally ordered, Solo will compensate for both the return shipping and exchange shipping.
  • No returns or exchanges for international orders outside of the U.S.

For returns or exchanges, please e-mail sales@solojeansla.com with your order number and reason for returning or exchanging.

We will then notify you with how to ship the item back.

  • Refunds will be paid to your original pay method 2-3 days after we have received the returned item.  
  • Exchanges will be shipped 2-3 days after we have received the original item. 
  • We will notify you with an e-mail when your item is received and we will e-mail you with a tracking number for any exchanges that are to be shipped out.
